Our Classes & Offerings
Please bring a yoga mat and refillable water bottle to each class. Wear comfortable and stretchy clothing. We provide various yoga props , yoga mats, and hot yoga towels if you don’t have one.
Hot Power Yoga
Empowerment, strength, detoxification, discipline, consistency, challenge, and fun. This class is suitable for all levels and is curated to awaken your inner flame. Inspired by the Baptiste Power Yoga methodology which focuses on sun salutations and full body strength and stretch to get you un-stuck in your body, mind, and life! This class is heated between 90-100 degrees which loosens up the body, builds resilience, and allows your body to detox through sweat. In this modern style class we play loud fun music to keep the energy high! Bring a mat, water, and hot yoga towel to keep you from slipping and if you don’t own one we can provide one to you!
Restorative Yin
The ultimate relaxation or your favorite deep stretch class, you choose your vibe. Yin Yoga creates deep release in the body by going deeper than muscle and into the bodies connective tissues. Traditionally poses are held from 2-6 minutes without using too many props to allow the body to fully let go as you learn to sit with and breathe through any physical or mental discomfort that you are feeling. In Yin, you must feel it to heal it. Restorative Yoga is all about being comfortable and supported to allow you to fully let go in a softer way. You can use as many blankets, straps, blocks, and bolsters to get yourself to your ultimate comfort level. In a world of constant going the medicine of this practice is stillness and comfort. Restorative poses can be held for up to 10 minutes and shouldn’t cause much discomfort. You can choose if you need deep release through deep stretch, or deep release through deep comfort depending on how many props you use. The teacher will give lots of different options for each pose. This class will be most beneficial but also most challenging for those of us who have trouble slowing down and being still. It’s a practice of peace. Expect soft and meditative music.
Aerial Yoga
Defy gravity, flip your perspective, find inner peace, and have fun! The aerial hammock is there to support you, challenge you, and help you create inverted shapes no matter what level you are at. This class is a great balance of heating and restorative postures and you will always have the opportunity to flip upside down! Anti-gravity postures help your spine to decompress while bringing fresh energy and blood flow to the upper body. These classes are an intimate size of 5 people so make sure you sign up in advance!
Slow Flow
Tune in to your inner light, breath and body at a slower pace. This class weaves together poses in a flow but focuses more on alignment, being present, and creating balance in the body and mind. This is a Hatha style practice including pranayama and meditation with an intentional warm up and cool down. This class is beneficial for beginners to advanced yogis and everyone in between. Expect more traditional practices as well as relaxing and inspiring jams.
Sculpt
This is a Pilates inspired work-out class designed to build strength, improve muscle tone, increase flexibility , increase cardiovascular health, and boost mood! This class has a special focus on the core but works the whole body with a mix of grounded and standing moves as well as cardio. This is a low impact but high intensity work out with options for all levels. We focus on body weight workouts but plan to add elements like weights and bands in the future. Expect fun loud music to keep the energy high and fun!
Sound Journey Meditation
This “sound bath” is a meditation class that uses the element of sound frequency and vibration to promote deep relaxation, pain relief, body awareness, emotional release, mental clarity, and improved sleep. Some sessions include light stretching and breath-work, while others go right into meditation depending on the facilitator. Instruments like crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, ocean drums, rain sticks, tuning forks, tongue drums, bells, and various other sound healing apparatus’s may be used. These experiences can be very powerful or deeply restorative and are suitable for all levels.
Classical Kundalini
This is an extremely powerful spiritual practice that comes from the Adi Nath Shiva lineage which has been passed down from master to student for millennia. The structure of this practice has been formulated by Himalayan master Dr. Yogarishi Vishvketu PhD from India. This practice is for people that are seriously ready to level-up spiritually and awaken the powerful Kundalini Shakti energy that rests in the base of the spine. This practice promotes awakening and transformation but is taught in a responsible and grounded way. Expect chanting, meditation, kriyas, and asanas. This is a longer practice and is only for those ready for powerful creative energy and life transformation. This practice works really well for private sessions and monthly programs, however group classes will also be offered. Not recommended for beginners. Traditionally no music is played however a conch shell may be played to cleanse the energy and respect the tradition.
Dance Fitness: improv
Express yourself, move your body, and have fun! Step into our Improv dance class, where movement meets emotion in a playful, no-judgment zone. Guided through the rhythms of your feelings and the forces of nature, you’ll explore your body’s intuitive dance—releasing tension, igniting joy, and reconnecting with your bliss. This is fitness that feels good, flows freely, and celebrates every body. Come ready to move, feel, and let go!
Community Yoga
We believe yoga is for everyBODY and this weekly offering is a donation-based flow for the community. All-levels gentle yoga and meditation. Pay what you can and just show up!
Prenatal Yoga
Yoga for expectant mothers in every trimester. This class is a balance of strengthening poses, breathing techniques, meditation, and restorative postures to prepare for baby. Contact us if you don’t see this offering on the schedule to book a private or small group class.
