Gianna, Owner and Teacher

My name is Ananda Shakti (Gianna Chisari) and I am the creator of Ananda Yoga and Wellness Studio. I grew up in CNY, but I have been living in Florida for the last decade learning about yoga and traveling the world to expand my wisdom. I return to my roots to share my knowledge and inspire you to learn, heal, and grow as I have with the ancient practice of yoga as your guide. I seek to inspire you, empower you, and encourage you to live a more holistic and joyful life.

I am a forever student and have attended many teacher trainings including 200hr Hatha with Yoga Loft Tampa, 300hr Power (Baptiste) and Yin with Warrior One Orlando, 80 hr Prenatal with SoulWork in Costa Rica, 100hr Kundalini with Akhanda Yoga Institute in India, 55hr Aerial Yoga with Elevate Orlando, Reiki Level 2, with Mandala Moon Yoga, Assisted Stretch Therapy with Stretch lab and various group fitness class trainings.
